μ0.08 or mu0.08 - a value approximating initial magnetic permeability μi obtained by measuring the amplitude magnetic permeability at the excitation of magnetic field strength H = 0.08 A/m.1)
This value is often given as absolute permeability in the units of H/m rather than as relative (unitless). Additionally, because of the typical small numerical value the units are expressed in millihenry per metre, for example μ0.08 = 43.8 mH/m = 0.0438 H/m.2)3) Such value would be equivalent to relative permeability of μr = μ0.08 / μ0 = 34 900 (where μ0 is the absolute magnetic permeability of vacuum).

Illustration of several types of permeability, calculated as a ratio (slope) of change of B to change of H: μa or μampl - amplitude, μmax - maximum, μi - initial, μΔ - incremental, μrev - reversible
